The TOORA CASTING method focuses attention on the product and establishes service as the vector that guarantees compliance with the operational phases right through to delivery. Working alongside the customer, from the design analysis table to virtual simulations, engineers develop the product and the process, right through to definition and optimisation.
Mechanicalmachining, painting and assembly, for all casting technologies present (GC, HPDC, LPDC), are elements that characterise the service for supplies destined for the customer's assembly lines.
The casting lines are organised in robotised multi-station casting carousels with the possibility of being integrated with the cuttingphase.

CUTTING AND HEAT TREATMENT
The cutting of the sprues takes place in fully automated islands. Heat treatment is carried out in continuous tunnel furnaces with automatic control in order to comply with the planned cycle.
3
PRESSURE CASTING
The automatic casting islands with integrated blanking process are organised from 400 to 2200 tons; with advanced technologies such as: Jet Cooled Pins, Vacuum System, Squeeze Pins and thermoregulation.
4
CONTROLS
The inspection department includes, fluorescent penetrant testing, latestgenerationX-ray testing with tomography, air and helium leak testing, 3Dmeasuringmachines, automaticvisionsystems.
5
MACHINING AND ASSEMBLY
Robotized cells with vertical and horizontal CNC, Washing Islands, leak testing. Assembly cells with automatic vision controls.
